Job Summary

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments across diagnostic imaging and specialty service lines including CT, MRI, mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, and laboratory services. Respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging availability, preparation instructions, and insurance verification while documenting all interactions in CRM platforms. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to coordinate care for patients, providers, and internal teams in a remote contact center environment. Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and established workflows while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a high-volume setting.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare contact center, patient access, or customer service environment
  • hands-on experience scheduling medical appointments within a healthcare organization
  • supporting diagnostic imaging, specialty care, or multi-department scheduling
  • Required Work From Home experience in a private, secure, and distraction-free environment
