Radiology-San Antonio

Conduct diagnostic imaging coverage including 40–50% plain films, with the remainder split between ultrasound, MR, and CT scans. Read cases at provided home reading stations, adhering to a schedule of 42 work weeks annually with occasional swing shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM. No overnight shifts are required. This role offers an associate partner track with a base salary of $450,000–$500,000, plus a productivity bonus and $25,000 sign-on bonus. Current partners earn over $600,000 take-home before benefits. The position includes malpractice coverage, health/dental insurance, 401(k), and up to 10 weeks of PTO. Board-certified or board-eligible radiologists comfortable with general radiology and specialty MRIs are ideal. Located in San Antonio, a major healthcare hub with no state income tax.
