Conduct diagnostic imaging coverage including 40–50% plain films, with the remaining split between ultrasound, MR, and CT. Utilize provided home reading stations for remote or onsite work, adhering to a 42-week annual schedule with occasional 12 PM–8 PM swing shifts and no overnight rotations. Maintain board certification or eligibility while reading general radiology and specialty MRIs within a collaborative environment. This associate partner role offers a base salary of $450,000–$500,000 with a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and partnership track leading to take-home earnings of $600,000+, supported by malpractice coverage and 10 weeks of PTO.
