Job Summary
Tele-radiology radiologist for locum tenens coverage in a clinic setting.role covers CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging with an estimated daily volume of around 40 cases. Flexible coverage up to one week per month, 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and flexible call/weekend schedules. Collaboration with multiple colleagues and resident chart review. May serve as backfill with potential for full-time employment. Uses Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation. Approximately 6 weeks of credentialing for a clean file; licensing support available. Fellowship-trained candidates preferred. Location: tele-radiology with remote work arrangements; facility in southern Alabama. This posting may offer ongoing telehealth assignments and credentialing support through Locum Tenens services.
