Job Summary
Tele-radiology radiologist needed for CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging with ~40 cases/day and flexible coverage (up to 1 week/month). Workdays are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexible call/weekend schedules; collaboration with multiple colleagues and resident chart reviews. Site uses Philips PACS and Powerscribe 360; ~6 weeks credentialing; licensing support available. Fellowship-trained candidates preferred. Potential for full-time employment; backfill role for current providers. Location is telehealth with facility in southern Alabama; remote supervising and credentialing processes enable remote clinical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- MD degree or equivalent
- Licensing support available
- Experience with CT, MRI, ultrasound body imaging
- Fellowship-trained preferred
- Telehealth radiology experience
- Credentialing process familiarity
- PACS (Philips) and Powerscribe 360 dictation experience
