Job Summary
Operate standard, portable, and specialized X-Ray equipment to perform radiographic exams for diagnosis and treatment using digital radiography (DR) technology. Conduct adult and pediatric imaging with a focus on trauma cases, while OR and orthopedic experience is preferred. Maintain BLS certification and Registered Technologist credentials, and submit to pre-employment modules including charge/lead references and proof of identification. This night shift assignment runs Monday through Thursday with a maximum 14-day time off allowance.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- License
- Local & travel allowed
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main
- Experience with both adult and pediatric X-Ray imaging
- Trauma experience
- Completion of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months of Epic experience is preferred
- OR and orthopedic experience preferred
