Job Summary
Conduct x-ray and assist with imaging in the operating room. Maintain a license as a Registered Technologist and hold BLS certification. Complete required pre-employment modules and labs within 48 hours of signing. Provide two charge/lead references from the last two years and submit proof of identification. Work night shifts between 9pm–7am or 11pm–7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation. Minimum 12 months of OR experience required with 3 months in the last 12 months. No current placement at the University of Chicago Medical Center Aya Program allowed.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- License (required for submission)
- 7 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center
- no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - University of Chicago Medical Center
- Must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing
- OR experience required
- Will work between x-ray and help with imaging in the OR
- 9pm – 7am (4x10's) or 11pm – 7:30pm (5x8)
- Monday – Friday
- Rotate weekends
- 3 days maximum time off
- Start assignment restriction: 7 days
- End assignment restriction: 7 days
- 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
- Proof of identification required
