Job Summary
Act as a leader in patient care using the nursing process within Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; delegate and supervise licensed and ancillary team members; ensure quality patient outcomes; deliver care in a fast-paced hospital setting; use data to evaluate and promote changes; provide patient and family education; contribute to interdisciplinary team goals and policies; maintain compliance with regulatory standards and the organization’s privacy and ethics policies; support professional responsibility and accountability in nursing practice.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
