Job Summary
MSK-fellowship trained radiologist sought to join Loyola University Medical Center as a faculty member in Radiology and Medical Imaging. Role includes work across the full spectrum of imaging modalities for MSK radiology with options for on-site or hybrid presence at the Loyola main campus for interventional procedures such as joint injections/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsy. Intermittent evening shift and weekend plain film call duties can be fulfilled remotely from home using fully functional PACS/Voice recognition systems. Strong interest in clinical and formal resident education is essential, with opportunities for clinical and translational research if interested. Faculty rank and compensation will be commensurate with experience, with consideration for appointment as Section Chief for suitable candidates. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Illinois at hire. Required Qualifications
- Board eligible in Radiology
- Fellowship trained in musculoskeletal radiology
- Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois at time of hire
- Ability to work on-site with hybrid remote capabilities for certain procedures
- Strong clinical skills across imaging modalities/procedures in MSK radiology
- Interest in resident education and potential for research
- Interventional procedure experience including joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, soft tissue/bone biopsy
