Job Summary
MR imaging workflow support: schedule Emergency and Inpatient MR scans, answer phones, prepare patients for scans, and assist in safe patient scanning under technologist guidance. Utilize EPIC EMR for history, labs, and documentation; manage MR safety screening; coordinate with radiologists and providers; secure prior authorizations; assist in MR room turnover and patient transport; review orders for accuracy and completeness, including allergies and signs/symptoms; ensure documentation and communications support efficient, high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associates degree preferred
- BCLS, preferred
