Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Medical Imaging department (X-Ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound) at Holy Cross Hospital; manage staffing, budgets, policy development, procurement and maintenance of imaging equipment; ensure patient safety, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance; recruit, train, and evaluate radiologic technologists and support staff; coordinate scheduling; manage budgets and revenue cycles; ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, ACR, and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Professional certification such as ARRT or ARDMS
- 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible clinical/managerial experience
