Job Summary
Plan and manage daily operations across multiple imaging modalities and locations, overseeing staff scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiency. Supervise technologists and support personnel, conducting orientations, coaching, and performance evaluations while addressing conduct issues. Establish and maintain policies ensuring compliance with accreditation standards like TJC and ACR, and lead quality assurance efforts to improve imaging accuracy. Track key performance indicators for productivity and safety, monitor resource utilization for cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with physicians and administrative leaders to align operational priorities. May travel between operating units and Emory affiliated locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum supervisory experience with at least 5 years in hospital imaging services OR bachelor's degree and three years business experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- clinical background in radiology
- strong leadership capabilities
- experience in managing operations across complex healthcare environments
- Operational knowledge of imaging modalities and workflows

- Commitment to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and patient-centered care
