Radiology Manager

Job Summary
Manage Radiology department operations by planning, implementing, and evaluating overall services to ensure cost-effective, high-quality care. Coordinate scheduling, maintain staffing levels, and lead staff assignments while conducting on-the-job training and orientation. Assist leadership with developing objectives, policies, procedures, and the annual budget, and perform quality control testing on radiology equipment. Interview, hire, develop, train, and retain employees; appraise performance, reward staff, and address complaints to improve morale and efficiency. Work primarily during days with night, weekend, and holiday on-call involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's completion of Bachelor's within 5 years of hire
- Computed Tomography (CT)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire
- Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds
- Must be able to work the hours specified
- Night, weekend and holiday on-call involvement
