Job Summary
Perform radiographic and related procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for diagnosis or therapeutic intervention under the direction of a licensed practitioner. Provide appropriate patient care, exercise professional judgment, and respond to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs. This role supports the Cath Lab team at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital, a Newsweek Best-In-State facility. The position requires a California Radiologic Technologist with one year of diagnostic radiology experience and a commitment to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- California Radiologic Technologist
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Diagnostic radiology experience
- Computer entry and word processing
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months Health care setting including, but not limited to, department secretary, admitting, billing or a medical records clerical position
