Radiology Intern II - Per Diem

Job Summary
Performs diagnostic radiology procedures under supervision, including radiographic imaging with attention to optimal image quality. Provides personalized patient care across age groups from neonate to geriatric, and adheres to patient-care quality standards. Must be a high school graduate (or equivalent) and actively enrolled in the second year of a nationally accredited Radiologic Technology program; holds current BLS certification; able to read/communicate in English and use radiology equipment, including mobile units, with risk assessment for lifting/moving patients in a fast-paced environment. This internship operates within Mercy’s imaging department in Oklahoma City, with duties aligned to Mercy’s mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in second year of a nationally accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge
