Job Summary
Locum tenens tele-radiology position for a radiologist to cover CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging with an estimated daily volume of ~40 cases. Flexible coverage up to one week per month, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, no call, potential path to full-time employment. Collaboration with multiple colleagues and review of resident charts. Equipment/dictation systems include Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360; licensing support available. Fellowship-trained candidates preferred. Location: Telehealth with a facility in southern Alabama; Tampa, FL area listed as location for remote work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification Required
- Locum Tenens experience preferred
- Fellowship-trained preferred
- Credentialing process (approximately 6 weeks)
- Telehealth/tele-radiology experience
- Phillis PACS and Powerscribe 360 familiarity
- Licensing support available
- Body imaging specialization (CT, MRI, ultrasound)
