Radiology Clinical Manager, MR

Responsible for oversight and management of the radiology department, ensuring smooth operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Leadership responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, triage duties, fiscal budget development and variance reporting, quality improvement, compliance with regulatory standards, and guidance of students toward future employment within Mass General Brigham. Emphasis on coordinating clinical activities, education of radiology changes, and ensuring achievement of departmental performance and regulatory goals. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and the ability to guide and motivate staff are required.
