Job Summary
The Radiology Clerical Associate will be responsible for scheduling patient procedures in both computerized and manual systems, ensuring medical necessity for testing, and consulting with Radiologists and Technologists. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in medical terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications related to Radiology functions is essential.
