Job Summary

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care as an authority in pediatric cardiac imaging, including initial screening, assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of patient-specific care plans. Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows while monitoring their medical care to ensure safety and effectiveness. Participate in scholarly activities by publishing clinical investigations, conducting research, and presenting findings internally or externally. Contribute to service and administration through committee work, program development, and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) certified or eligible
  • Doctor of Medicine OR Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine OR equivalent
  • Unrestricted licensed physician
  • Approval/credentialing from CCHMC Medical Staff Services Division
  • Completion of all required pre-employment activities
  • Assistant Professor appointment or eligibility
  • Prior clinical practice experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Board certification
  • Completed a pediatric radiology fellowship with focused training or experience in cardiac CT or MRI
  • Completed a cardiac imaging fellowship
  • Willingness to be trained in pediatric radiology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Onsite presence
