Job Summary
Radiology Access Specialist (FT, Day Shift, Remote Possible) serves as the first line of insurance for patient safety by ensuring imaging orders and prior authorizations comply with regulatory requirements, and coordinates complex scheduling for Diagnostic Imaging exams with strong customer service. The role requires handling pre-examination information, coordinating patient management for exams, and effective communication with medical/Radiology staff. Strong computer skills (MS Office, EMR) and the ability to work in a busy environment with confidentiality are essential. The position may involve regular attendance beyond 40 hours, on-call shifts, and varied schedules. Approved remote states include AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, SD, TX, SC, WI, NC, and MI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years customer service experience
- 1 year medical office experience
Additional Requirements
- Remote-work eligibility limited to approved states; relocation to Montana or listed states required if applicant resides outside them.
