Job Summary
Interventional Radiologist role within the VA Long Beach Healthcare System Imaging Service. Responsibilities include a 50/50 mix of Interventional Radiology and General Diagnostic Radiology in inpatient and outpatient settings, performing a broad range of image-guided procedures (e.g., Y-90 radioembolization, prostate artery embolization, endovascular management of PAD, spinal procedures, biopsies, drainages), and participating in multidisciplinary tumor and conference activities (vascular, GU tumor, liver/GI tumor boards). Collaboration with oncology, surgery, and vascular medicine teams, with academic affiliations to UC Irvine and teaching opportunities. Benefits include a competitive starting annual salary of $375k–$400k with potential performance-based pay, EDRP loan-repayment eligibility, relocation incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- M.D. or D.O. (LCME- or COC accreditation)
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in US state/territory/DC
- Residency completed
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Foreign medical graduates must be verified by ECFMG
- Recent or upcoming new grads welcomed
