Job Summary
Interventional Radiologist at VA Long Beach Healthcare System with a 50/50 mix of Interventional Radiology and General Diagnostic Radiology. Engage in image-guided procedures such as Y-90 radioembolization and prostate artery embolization, perform endovascular interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and vascular conferences. Collaborate with oncology, surgery, and vascular medicine teams to deliver comprehensive care to Veterans. Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) and a Recruitment/Relocation Incentive. Competitive annual salary of $375,000–$400,000 with potential up to $15,000 in performance-based pay, plus benefits and retirement plans. Recent or upcoming graduates welcomed; must be a U.S. citizen with an active medical license and board status. Location: Long Beach, California (US) with inpatient/outpatient responsibilities across IR and diagnostic radiology services.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a U.S. state/territory/DC
- Completed Residency Training
- U.S. Citizen
