Job Summary
Outpatient radiology role with a 3–4 day workweek in a 100% physician-owned group. Read a broad outpatient imaging mix (CT, ultrasound, plain film, PET/CT, MR) across a growing department, with one in-person day per week and the rest remote. No mammography, no IR, no call, nights, or weekends. 2-year partnership track, full partner shift rate from day 1, and a starting bonus up to $35,000 scaled to FTE. Strong collaboration among seven radiologists; flexible start date between 2026 and 2027; compensation modeled to high earnings with a nationwide, physician-led governance structure. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in radiology
- Board-certified radiologist or eligible in radiology
- Washington state medical license or ability to obtain
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice radiology in the United States
- Ability to read CT, ultrasound, plain film, PET/CT, and MR images; general body imaging capabilities
- Eligible for physician-owned practice partnership
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
