Job Summary

Develop and monitor student clinical rotations across affiliated healthcare sites while maintaining active communication with supervisors to resolve placement issues. Ensure clinical education complies with JRCERT accreditation standards and institutional policies by managing affiliation agreements, student evaluations, and competency checklists. Orient students to site expectations, provide academic guidance, and address performance concerns in collaboration with the Program Director. Teach didactic and laboratory courses as assigned, assist in curriculum development, and integrate clinical education with classroom instruction. Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in programmatic assessments, accreditation self-studies, and site visits. Collaborate with faculty to enhance student learning opportunities and foster strong partnerships with clinical affiliates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Radiologic Technology
  • Four years full-time experience in the professional discipline
  • One year of experience as an instructor in a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program
  • Strong experience communicating effectively with health care facilities
  • Proficient in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction, and counseling
  • Capable of teaching both the Clinical and Didactic aspects of the program
  • Experience with program accreditation (e.g., JRCERT)
  • Able and willing to: Communicate, think, learn, and reason
  • Able and willing to: Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks
  • Able and willing to: Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations

  • Able and willing to: Ability to interpret and apply accreditation standards and institutional policies
  • Occasionally Lift/Transfer up to 15 lbs

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
  • Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
  • Local travel required (up to 25%)
