Job Summary
Conduct x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, prepare rooms with necessary supplies, and perform Medical Assistant duties. Greet patients, communicate wait times, and provide direction for treatment steps. Obtain and document patient vital signs, history, and medications. Assist with patient transfers and procedures supervised by providers. Ensure equipment is in proper working order and maintain current licensure and certification. Perform quality control procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
