Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist will perform X-Ray procedures while ensuring proper patient preparation and safety. Responsibilities include operating radiology equipment, obtaining patient history, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing procedures in Electronic Medical Records. Candidates must have mastery of x-ray procedures, understanding of anatomy, customer service skills, and the ability to apply written instructions. A minimum of a high school diploma, accredited Radiologic Technology program completion, and ARRT certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or a current student with an upcoming graduation date within the next 4-6 months
- Active ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification and Registration
- Applicable state licensure (as required by state)
- Active Driver’s License
