Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Summary
Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment, obtaining clinically diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport it to facilities to perform physician-ordered exams. Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit them to Cardiologists. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment while communicating regularly with dispatch and management. Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Work rotating shifts including Thursday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday schedules with off-days on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. Maintain required State licenses, ARRT certification, and a valid driver's license. COVID-19 vaccination is required. TridentCare specializes in mobile diagnostic services for post-acute care patients.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification
- Valid drivers license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times
- COVID 19 Vaccinated
- Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x‐ray images
- Perform EKGs (as needed)
- Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
- Maintain vehicle and x‐ray equipment
- Submit/transmit x‐ray images and EKGs to a Radiologist or Cardiologist for interpretation
- Scan exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol
- Regularly communicate with dispatch and management
- Perform and process X‐Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment
- Unload portable X‐Ray equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician
