Radiologic Technologist - Urgent Care

Job Summary
Take patient histories and vital signs, prepare patients for radiologic procedures, and perform X-rays following established safety protocols. Produce quality radiographs, minimize repeat studies, and apply splints and dressings while maintaining sterilized equipment. Assist physicians with minor surgeries, perform phlebotomy and laboratory paperwork, manage patient communications, and collect payments. Prepare examination rooms and handle clerical duties such as faxing and filing. Requires JRCERT accredited program graduation, ARRT certification, and State of Connecticut license. Per diem schedule with competitive benefits including tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiography program
- Eligible for ARRT certification and State of Connecticut Radiographers license
- Demonstrated competency in all diagnostic radiographic procedures
- Demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal and guest relations skills
