Radiologic Technologist - Urgent Care

Take patient histories and vital signs, prepare patients for radiologic procedures, and perform X-rays following established safety protocols. Produce quality radiographs, take appropriate views, and minimize repeat studies. Apply splints and dressings, maintain sterilized supplies, and assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals. Perform phlebotomy, handle telephone communications, collect payments and co-pays, and manage clerical tasks including faxing and filing. Work per diem as part of the Urgent Care Old Saybrook team at Middlesex Health, a Magnet-designated organization with advanced medical research access.
