Radiologic Technologist - Urgent Care

Take patient histories and vital signs, then prepare patients for radiologic procedures. Perform X-Rays following established safety protocols, producing quality radiographs while minimizing repeat studies. Apply splints and dressings, manage supplies and equipment sterilization, and assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals. Conduct phlebotomy, handle clinical and administrative telephone calls, collect payments and co-pays, and prepare examination rooms. Perform various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing patient information. Work per diem at the Urgent Care Old Saybrook facility.
