Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety while operating and maintaining radiologic equipment. Document procedures and manage imaging records in the Electronic Medical Record system, then collaborate with clinical team members to support optimal patient care. Assist with basic patient care tasks including vital signs and triage, and support front office functions to ensure inventory and supplies are maintained. Full-time employment includes 3-day, 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM with no overnight rotations. Competitive pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)-approved educational program
- Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R)
- Certification in accordance with the state of Ohio
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Proficiency in EMR, PACS, and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
