Radiologic Technologist

Provides top of scope direct patient care to perform radiologic procedures and imaging under physician orders; reviews patient history, initiates radiographic images, and prioritizes patient education to ensure mutual understanding; safely administers contrast media or related imaging medications while monitoring patient condition; ensures image quality and equipment functionality per best practices; contributes to safety and quality at the point of care; precepts those new to imaging; supports a multidisciplinary team and participates in ongoing career development and advancement along the Radiology Diagnostic ladder.
