Job Summary
Perform high-quality diagnostic examinations under the direction of a Radiologist and Imaging Manager at the North Pavilion location. Execute procedures for trauma teams, emergency services, and multiple service lines while adhering to radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Provide compassionate care to patients with complex and emergent conditions in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Work weekend shifts including Saturday-Sunday mornings and evenings, with no call for most positions and no mandatory overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a Radiography program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Currently registered as a Registered Technologist (R.T.(ARRT)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Registered within one (1) year from date of hire for a new graduate
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Shifts: Weekend AM and PM
- Schedules: Saturday-Sunday, 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m. & Weekend Baylor PM Saturday-Sunday, 7 p.m.-7:30 a.m.
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in general radiography
