Job Summary
Perform and develop quality x-rays on designated portions of the body per physician’s orders in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting. Provide patient preparation and education, maintain radiology files, ensure radiation safety, and coordinate equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes and participate in continuing education. Serve as a preceptor and support cost-containment through efficient use of resources. Schedule: casual role, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with 10-hour shifts at the Crosstown Surgery Center in Edina. Education/experience requirements include ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program, current ARRT certification, and current (or upon-hire) BLS certification; prior radiology experience preferred. Earnings reflect full-time compensation; sign-on bonus of $4,500 payable on first paycheck with 12-month commitment (internal applicants not eligible). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program
- Current ARRT Certification in radiology
- Current BLS certification or completed upon hire
- Previous radiology experience preferred
