Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist needed in a combined hospital/clinic setting to perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, CT, and DEXA imaging. Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, operating portable and fixed imaging equipment, acquiring quality images for radiology, CT, and DEXA exams, assisting surgeons and providers during procedures, maintaining inventory and cleanliness of radiology rooms, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Must take call (weekdays, weekends, holidays) and be able to respond quickly to facility needs. Requires a high school diploma and an accredited radiologic technologist program completion (Associate or Bachelor's degree), active North Dakota MIRT license, ARRT accreditation, and current BLS certification; duties may involve travel and ongoing continuing education. Abilities include strong patient communication, teamwork, independent decision-making, infection control, and proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate or Bachelors degree from an accredited radiologic technologist program
- Active North Dakota MIRT license in good standing
- ARRT accreditation
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of radiation physics, anatomy, radiologic positioning, medical terminology, and disease processes
