RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

Conduct x-ray procedures in operating and special procedure rooms, process images, and ensure proper equipment calibration. Assemble supplies and positioning aids per physician preference, maintain aseptic technique, and monitor radiology equipment for function. Ensure personnel are shielded before activating x-ray, document radiation exposure, and support staff, physicians, and visitors using strong guest relations. Follow federal/state regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and infection control protocols including PPE use. Maintain required certifications, participate in QI activities, and assist in emergencies. Work as a PRN position with prolonged standing and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
