Job Summary
Administers fluoroscopy to patients and operates x-ray equipment. Prepares Cath Labs, equipment, and supplies; maintains and acquires CE units as required. Requires two+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology experience with high-volume procedures and the ability to scrub interventional procedures (wire management, rotational atherectomy, stent deployment) and manage all aspects of an interventional imaging radiology suite. Certifications/Licenses: CRT, ARRT-Radiography (California), CRT Fluoroscopy (California), BLS. Education: AMA Approved School of Radiologic Technology. Work shift is 10-hour days. Required Qualifications
- AMA Approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Must have two (2) or more years of experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology Lab performing 1,000 procedures or more per year
- Scrub interventional procedures including wire management, rotational atherectomy, and stent deployment
- Must be able to scrub interventional procedures and manage all aspects of an interventional imaging radiology suite
- Radiologic Technologist - CRT
- ARRT-Radiography license (California)
- CRT Fluoroscopy (California)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
