Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while operating radiographic equipment and ensuring patient safety. Maintain high-quality imaging standards and accurate documentation, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Achieve American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry within six months of hire and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and bending or squatting. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- Completed required clinical hours
- State licensure
- ARRT registry or registry eligible
- Ability to achieve ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and walk during each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
