Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols and safety standards. Responsibilities include explaining procedures to patients, accurately operating imaging equipment, validating patient identification, and maintaining equipment. The technologist reviews images for quality assurance, participates in standby call, and engages in continuous learning for procedural updates. Essential qualifications include ARRT registration and CPR certification, along with ability to lift and carry objects as well as maintain patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
