Radiologic Technologist/ Medical Assistant (M-F)

Job Summary
Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety during scans. Measure vital signs, draw blood, administer injections, and assist with physician-supervised procedures. Handle clinical and phone triage duties, route patient scheduling, and manage high call volumes while documenting details in the Electronic Health Record. Return patient calls and perform clinical tasks as needed. Full scope imaging certification preferred; one-year primary care experience desired. Clinic hours are 8am to 6pm, six days a week, with weekend flexibility required.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT
- TN State License (limited or full scope radiography)
- State license
- Prior physician office/clinic MA work experience
- 1-year Internal Medicine/Primary Care office experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of common insurance types/pre-authorizations/pre-certifications
- Ability to obtain vitals
- Ability to perform effective telephone triage
- Ability to assist with procedures
- Good initiative
- Ability to anticipate providers needs
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to work some weekends
