Job Summary
Perform routine, complex, and specialized mammography procedures under supervision while providing basic equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and image processing support. Collaborate with staff to prioritize schedules, triage procedures, and actively train technologists, fellows, residents, and physicians. Coordinate with the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager to resolve image archiving system issues and assist in affiliated imaging training programs. This role floats across all screening and diagnostic locations at UW Health Union Corners and Eastpark Medical Center, with 80% FTE day shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
- Previous healthcare experience
- ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire
- Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire
- ARRT Mammography (M) certification within 30 months
- CPR certification within 3 months
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of clinical experience
