Job Summary
Assist the clinical team with patient and procedure room preparation, scrub-in for vascular access procedures, and operate the C-Arm while maintaining sterile fields. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies, clean and sterilize tools and equipment, and ensure radiology safety protocols are followed. Support the team by assisting in patient scheduling, transporting patients within the center, and participating in community education activities. This role includes pre- and post-procedure support with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, no nights or weekends. Requires ARRT certification, state licensure, BLS/ACLS, and one year of experience in general diagnostic or cardiac catheterization procedures.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- State license and/or fluoroscopic permit to practice radiologic technology if required by state law
- Associates degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by ARRT
- 1 year experience in general diagnostic, special procedures or cardiac catheterization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic computer skills
