Job Summary
Performs radiology diagnostic tests safely and effectively as ordered by the physician. Executes radiology procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assists in maintaining equipment and supplies in the department, records patient testing information, and performs other duties as directed by the Radiology Manager. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and adheres to all safety standards. Requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods and assist with patient positioning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school or two (2) years of experience in a directly related area
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
