Job Summary
Perform general diagnostic radiological imaging studies under the direction of a qualified physician, including patient positioning for accurate anatomy/pathology demonstration, operation of radiation-producing equipment and electronic radiology systems, and preparation of patient rooms/equipment/medications. May require phlebotomy competency for sites performing radiology and lab work; certification/licensure through ARRT or eligible graduates must obtain registration within 90 days of hire. Part-time, swing-shift role (32 hours/week) at Sentara Urgent Care New Town in Williamsburg, VA with potential sign-on bonus; on-site radiology duties and adherence to licensed radiology practice in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) or eligible graduate with ARRT certification; must be registered within 90 days of hire
- Virginia license required for staff employed in Virginia
- Phlebotomy competency may be required at sites performing Radiology and Lab
