Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including radiography, CT scans, mammography, bone density tests, and ultrasounds while operating equipment to produce high-quality images. Ensure X-ray equipment functions properly through regular checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting. Interact with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort and safety during examinations. Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient information, and medical history. Stay updated on radiologic technology advancements and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification. This per diem role at Pampa Regional Medical Center supports diagnostic radiology teams by assisting healthcare providers with treatment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- ARRT-R
- Current BCLS (AHA)
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations
- Proficient computer skills
