Radiologic Technologist I

Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs of designated body areas according to physician specifications and protocols. Acquire and evaluate ordered images for technical quality while ensuring proper patient identification and image labeling. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, manage supplies and inventory, and perform quality control activities on equipment. Communicate effectively with patients to obtain medical history, explain procedures, and address physical and psychological needs. Prioritize patient flow, coordinate care with the team, document activities in electronic health records, and distribute final images to the PACS system.
