Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist responsible for producing diagnostic-quality images and maintaining patient safety across imaging procedures in an Orthopedic-focused hospital setting. Requires ARRT Radiography (R), IEMA accreditation, BLS CPR, and graduation from an accredited Radiology Tech program; full-time daytime schedule at Lake Forest Hospital with coverage at Grayslake and Glenview clinics and Pain Medicine, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; C-Arm experience preferred; duties include imaging, contrast administration, equipment operation, exam flow coordination, documentation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography (R)
- Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Accreditation
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
