Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist provides imaging services using X-ray technology for patients across all ages, collaborates with providers and medical assistants, performs preliminary tests and point-of-care tasks as needed, maintains accurate records, and supports QA/QC processes. The role emphasizes ALARA radiation safety, patient positioning, image production and management, and ongoing documentation, with opportunities for hands-on training, career mobility, and a travel incentive for mobile radiology work. Onsite responsibilities include operating and maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and supporting clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program
- ARRT registration
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (if applicable by state law)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of X-ray procedures and protocols
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
