Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examinations. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, monitor patients for safety during exams, and document exam information. Report important findings to physicians and verify exams on PACS. Requires ARRT-R certification, state license, BLS, and fluoro license; includes up to $20,000 hiring incentive and $5,000 relocation for eligible hires. Full-time variable shift at a 50-bed acute care medical center in Ukiah, CA.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R
- Radiologic Tech RT in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Fluoroscopy FLUORO
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and understanding of Right to Work notices

- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
