Radiologic Technologist, Full-time, Night shift

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to each examination. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, monitor patients for safety during exams, and produce diagnostic images. Document exam information, report findings to physicians, and verify exams on PACS. This role supports the Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center's advanced cardiovascular care mission within the 302-bed medical center in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
